The EAGIS is a group-inviter system for everyone, ranging from small
shops and clubs to DJs and even huge malls and multi-sim communities.

One of the best promotional aids are SecondLife groups. You can
use them for so many tasks, keeping your customers informed, holding
your community together, announcing events in your club or gigs
of your band... the possibilities are endless.
Yet, there is one problem: How to get people to join your group?
First, people need to be aware that you have a group. Then, people
need to know the group's name, search for this group and finally,
hit the 'Join' button. Only folks who really, urgently, badly need
to be in that group will take those steps - all others will not
bother to join since it is complicated.
One idea to get more people into your group is to run around and
invite them all yourself. It's the cheapest way, but takes a lot
of time. Another idea is to put up a 'Groupjoiner' sign - helps
a bit, is cheap too (very flexible groupjoiner signs are available
at the *Moonlight Scriptz & Buildz* mainstore on Starshine)
and gets you some more people to join your group. Sadly, not everybody
sees those signs, and you don't want to fill your shop or mall with
posters. Furthermore, those groupjoiners will not work with non-open
enrollment groups.

Simply set up an EAGIS account at one of our terminals, rez one
single-prim object on your parcel, and from now on you issue an
automated pop-up to ALL your visitors where they only need to click
the 'Join' button - that's all! This system is online 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week - with an average reliability to be online of
99.7%.
A special routine prevents your visitors from being spammed by EAGIS
- each visitor gets max. one invitation per day. You also can set
up an 'Ignore me' list of up to 10 people, for example for your
employees or tenants so they won't get invited, too.

What fees do apply?
Our servers are hosted in a high-security, top notch facility with
quadruple redundant network connections. Also, there's a dedicated
team behind EAGIS, providing you with the best possible customer
support. As you can imagine, we do have expenses.
Yet, the lease plan for this service is easy, and affordable:
Upfront costs:
The starter pack, including your account setup fees and the single-prim
object to rez on your parcel, is available for a one-time fee of
99L$.
Recurring usage fees:
The weekly usage fee is 75L$, no extra costs or limited invites
or other hooks, period.
You can pay weekly, every two weeks, every month or every two months
- it's up to you!
Of course, if there's a fee to join your group, we will ask you
to refund us this, since one of our bots will have to join your
group to issue the invitations.
How to set up EAGIS?
First, you will need to buy the starter pack. Once. No matter how
many parcels in SecondLife you own, or how many shops or regions
you own.
You then pay for at least one week usage fee at one of our terminals.
While you're there, hit the 'Contact' button on the terminal's menu
to contact our customer representative - you will be asked for the
group's name. If there's a join fee for your group, our customer
representative will ask you to refund the join fee. If it's a closed
group, you will be asked to invite one of our bots.
Our customer service representative will guide you through the process,
step by step. Typically the setup takes less than 5 minutes of your
time.
Finally, you rez the single-prim EAGIS object on your parcel. If
necessary, you can tweak the settings of the controller:
The controller contains a configuration notecard, where you can
set the detection range from 10 up to 98 meters (default is 20m)
and the detection interval from 5 to 120 seconds (default setting
is 15 sec). You can also exclude up to 10 avatars from being invited
in this notecard, for example your employees or mates.
That's all, you're done!
Can I cancel my account?
Should you decide not to continue using EAGIS, simply de-rez the
controller objects from your parcel(s). After your lease time expires,
your account will be deleted automatically.
Of course, we would be eager to learn why you did not want to continue
using our service, and what we could do better - so please, tell
us!
How many different groups can EAGIS invite
to?
One per account. If you have more than one group to invite to, you
will have to set up a second account with a different avatar.
I have so many other questions!!
That's why we have customer representatives, lol. Just go to the
nearest EAGIS terminal, touch it and hit the 'Contact' button! All
questions will usually be answered within 24 hours, should the representative
not be online - we need some sleep from time to time, too.
